Registration to the Forum Registration to the 12th edition of the Carthage Investment Forum is free. To register, you just need to click on the “registration” section: - If you are Tunisian or a foreign resident in Tunisia click on the “local registration form”. - If you are a foreign participant, click on the “foreign registration form”. The registration form has to be duly completed (fields with an asterisk are mandatory). Once the registration form sent, an acknowledgement of receipt will appear on your screen. Two days later, you will receive by mail or by fax a message confirming your registration and including a registration number and a password. If you are a foreign participant, the registration number and the password will be required at a later stage to sign into your personal account for: - The registration to multisectoral networking - The reservation of a hotel room at “Ramada plaza-Tunis” - The free transfer airport / hotel / airport. The registration number will also be required to withdraw your badge as well as the Forum documents on June 3rd 2010; starting from 10.00 a.m. at “Ramada plaza-Tunis Hotel”, at the registration room “Top Hat” and on the 4th of June from 08.30 am to 2.30 pm. If you are Tunisian or a foreign resident in Tunisia, you will need the registration number to withdraw your badge as well as the Forum documents on June 3rd 2010; starting from 10h00 a.m. at “Ramada plaza-Tunis Hotel”, at the registration room “Top Hat” and on the 4th of June from 08.30 am to 2.30 pm. The closing date for reservations is on May 31st, 2010. Participation of Journalists Tunisian and foreign journalists wishing to participate to the Carthage Investment Forum are not concerned by these registration procedures. - Tunisian journalists wishing to cover the activities of the Forum are kindly requested to contact the Communication and Edition division of FIPA Tunisia.
Badges and press kits can be withdrawn on the first day of the Forum starting from 03.00 pm in the press center arranged in the “Ramada plaza-Tunis- Hotel ” to receive and serve journalists.

- Foreign journalists wishing to travel to cover the activities of the Forum are kindly invited to contact the Tunisian External Communication Agency (ATCE) for all arrangements concerning their hosting in Tunisia and possible appointments with Tunisian officials to be interviewed.

Participation in networking The networking will cover the following sectors: agro business, mechanics, electricity, electronics, automotive components, aeronautical components, plastics processing, chemistry, furniture and furnishings, textile & garment, leather & shoes, information and communication technologies, health related services, industry related services and biotechnology. It is jointly organized by the Tunisian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in cooperation with the Tunisian Union for Industry, Trade and Craft (UTICA). Registration to Networking is exclusively for foreign participants and does not concern Tunisian or foreign companies established in Tunisia. In the registration form, you can already express your intention to participate or not in the networking. Registration to networking starts on April 15th, 2010 and will close on May 26th 2010. To register to the Networking, you need your registration number and your password to sign into your account and choose partnership meetings with Tunisian companies listed in the catalogue The multisectoral catalogue where the profiles of Tunisian companies are classified by sector of activity, is available in three languages (English, French, and Italian) in PDF format and is printable. You can choose profile codes which interest you and then specify them in the appropriate field of the “networking” forms. FIPA will take care of designing a meeting program which will be forwarded to you on Thursday June 3rd, 2010. Accommodation at “Ramada plaza Tunis Hotel” Hotel reservation is exclusively for foreign participants and does not concern Tunisian or foreign companies established in Tunisia. You can book rooms at “Ramada plaza-Tunis Hotel” on this website. A preferential rate for all your stay is proposed. Rates are as follows: Single Room: 120 TND per day all taxes included, buffet breakfast included (67 Euros) Double Room: 140 TND per day all taxes included, buffet breakfast included (78 Euros). In the registration you can already express your intention to book – or not – a room at “Ramada plaza-Tunis Hotel”. To book a room, you need your registration number and your password to sign into your account and fill in the “accommodation” form. To this end, you need to have all the information related to your arrival and departure. The closing date for reservations is on June 3rd, 2010. For any further information about the hotel, please click on “Venue”. Airport / Hotel Transfer FIPA offers its transport service free of charge and provides a free transfer service Tunis-Carthage Airport/ “Ramada plaza-Tunis Hotel”/ Tunis-Carthage Airport from Monday May 31st to Sunday June 6th, 2010. Please note that only participants coming from a foreign country can use this service. To this end, you need to have your registration number and your password to sign into your account and fill in the corresponding “transfer” form. You will also need to provide the information related to your arrival and departure (date, time, flight number). The closing date for booking the transfer service is on June 3rd, 2010.
